New homes
To highlight the community focus of the new Tandy’s Lane development we teamed up with illustrator Mel Carroll, to bring Tandy’s Lane to life with bespoke illustrations and a vibrant colour palette, creating a fun and welcoming brand.
Offices
We created a befittingly ornate brand for 16 St. Stephen’s Green, a magnificently restored Georgian building connected at the rear via a glass bridge, to a newly-developed 7-storey office building overlooking the Mansion House.

Private Rented Sector
In addition to crafting a unique brand identity and website for Havitat, we engineered an in-house marketing platform to boost rentals. Utilizing third-party APIs for real-time search and availability data, and integrating Havitat’s CRM, we ensured a seamless user experience.

Investment Memorandum
We had the privilege of producing Project Blue Diamond, an IM for the sale of four grade A interlinked office buildings in Ireland’s biggest commercial real estate transaction for Meta’s international HQ in Dublin.
